Australian Motorlife Museum

The Paul Butler Collection was left in some disarray following Paul's sudden death in June 1991. In 1993 The Australian Motorlife Museum (AMM) was encouraged to apply to be considered a beneficiary. In 2000 the AMM was invited to participate in a series of mediation conferences intended to conclude with a destination for the collection. In 2000 the AMM was formally contracted by the Executors, as a result of these three mediation conferences, to 'sort, clean, identify, catalogue, pack and store for twelve months' the contents of the two houses, yards and motor house known as 1 and 3 Darley Road, Randwick.
