West Beach

A calm whitesand beach in the Adelaide area, less commercial and crowded than nearby Glenelg or Henley beaches. Perfect for getting away from stress, without actually going too far.

Noted for it's clean beach and waters which are relatively free of seaweed (a concern for the area). Popular for kiteboarding and paddle boarding, as well as walkers enjoying the view.

There is a playground for the kids and a surf club with a cafe that does coffee and food.
