We serve an organic breakfast from 8:15am to 10am during the week and from 9:15am to 11am on the weekend. Wake up to the delightful smell of Fair-Trade Organic coffee. Savor and choose from our delicious made-to order seasonal choices, all of which are served with organic fruits and croissants that come directly from the local baker’s oven each and every morning. You may be lucky enough to stay when we serve our own home-made bread pudding, bake our own breads, and have prepared our own seasonal jams. If you have special breakfast needs let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you. Green & Organic: At Casa Bianca, we concern ourselves with the environment. Our guests can rest assured that we care for mother earth as much as we care for them! Here is how: -We offer an organic breakfast to ensure that our guests are nurtured and protected from harmful chemicals. – We use biodegradable cleaning products that are made with plant based ingredients. – Our guestrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, and soaps that are not only made with natural ingredients, but are also produced right here in Montreal and available for purchase. – Our linens are made from 100% organic cotton and are washed using biodegradable laundry detergent. We buy bulk quantities to reduce the amount of packaging and we buy local, whenever possible, to reduce carbon emissions. Yoga: Jennifer Cloutier, our in-house Yoga instructor is available at all times to give private or group lessons. The city’s best is all within walking distance. Casa Bianca is at the heart of the Plateau, Montreal’s hippest culture, dining and entertainment neighbourhood. Walk directly to Parc Mont Royal. Explore shopping and clubs on Boulevard St. Laurent or Avenue Mont Royal. Or 5 minutes by bike, bus or taxi takes you to the restaurants in the Mile End, the market in Little Italy, the history of Old Montreal & the Old Port or the business and shopping in downtown Montreal. Park Mont-Royal Montreal’s natural forested core is right across the street from the Casa Bianca. The park was designed in 1874 by Frederick Law Olmstead, who also designed Central Park in New York city. There is no other hotel in Montreal with closer access to the mountain, its paths, views, and trees.
