The Oamaru i-SITE Visitor Centre is part of New Zealand's official nationwide Visitor Information Network. There are a huge amount of reasons why you MUST VISIT Oamaru and the Waitaki District. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty and with some of New Zealand’s best 19th century architecture, the district offers visitors a welcoming and friendly environment with a huge range of experiences to participate in and ENJOY. Because that is what it is all about – having a break, enjoying our wonderful landscapes, activities and attractions and having fun with family and friends.
