Cannon Beach is a city on the Northern Oregon Coast, 80 miles west of Portland, 25 miles south of Astoria, and 9 miles south of Seaside. Only four miles in length, hugging the Pacific Ocean, Cannon Beach (population ~ 1,700) is a popular resort area, hosting more than 750,000 visitors annually.
