The river current runs three to four miles per hour, so you won’t have to work too hard to get your boat flowing. The paddle run is a haven for many critters, such as deer, bears, otters, and even monkeys! The trip down the run is 8.5 miles long and takes (on average) 4.5 hours to complete. The trail has a few places to stop and relax, swim, and picnic on the riverbank. Rates are $40.00 per canoe or kayak, and $50.00 for a two-person kayak.
