Unexpected nice ~ don’t pass this one by
Most recent stay was 7/31/16 / 8/01/16 - I'm "late" in posting my review ~ We camp in a "Tear Drop” style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table and set up our dining canopy for sun and weather protection and thus rely on condition of campgrounds facilities and being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area
Journey version ~ not your typical KOA [much better]. Off the interstate so it was quiet no road noise at all. 1 of the better KOA’s we’ve stayed at ~ we were directly across from restroom/shower/laundry building. Very impressed w/restroom-showers. Very clean and updated w/modern fixtures. Showers had rubber mats when you exit the stall & were in a separate private room w/small bench in changing-dressing area. Only CON was bench very narrow [small] becuz inside area of room too compact plus no hooks and shelves in shower and in communal sink area for your clothes-towels-& stuff all necessities that a camper needs
Campground itself very tidy, neat, and maintained. All roads and site pads have gravel, but no potholes and all level. Sites are wider/larger than most KOA’s we’ve stayed at w/good shade at most sites, plus some upgraded sites have cement patios w/BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture easily accommodates the big rigs. Sparkling clean swimming pool, cabins for rent, separate tent area on the grass and under shade trees.
Stayed one night , quite place nice and clean bathroom and showers , sites too close together was my only complaint
We don't normally stay in private campgrounds but needed a one-night stay on our way home. This is one of the nicest KOAs we have ever seen. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property. Very clean sites, well-maintained areas with mature trees, grass and landscaping. Very nice laundry facility, clean showers and bathrooms. Overall, a very nice place. Yes, the sites are close together, but it is still quite peaceful. Highly recommend if you are passing through the area. Lightning quick WIFI.

This KOA is in a very beautiful setting. There is a lot of grass areas, nice trees by the sites and easy use roads. I stayed for a week and really enjoyed myself. My dog and I loved our walks. There is a creek below the sites that is fun to walk by, cooling and relaxing.

We typically don't stay at KOAs but needed someplace with hookups due to the cold, wet weather.
This is a nice and reasonable KOA. Pull through site with FHU. A picnic table and fire pit. Site was pretty level and we did not have to in-hitch.
KOA is right on the river. With nice weather, would be a nice place for a stopover.

This is our second overnight stay at this KOA. Their official spring opening date is 4/15, but know if they are there earlier than that they will be open - we have done this twice. So call and check. Sites are level and gravel, some with cement pad, but close together. Showers/bathrooms and clean. Wifi worked great - but we were the only ones here. Staff is very friendly.

We stayed here to break up a long stretch in our road trip across the country and this was a shockingly good find. The park amenities are all well maintained, the park has been updated recently or is newer, WiFi and cel coverage was great and the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend!

Active Duty Military saves 10%. Stopped on our way up to Alaska from Colorado. Realized late right before checkout we had a tire issue. Totally cool with checking out an hour late with a heads up. Then to Big Horn Tires a mile down the road for a fix before we continue on our journey. Would stay again.

Found this KOA while on our way to Montana. This is an excellent KOA with all of the usual amenities that are all kept in tip top condition. Owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. Be sure to stop by the office to get their local information and things to do sheet! Highly recommend you visit Crazy Woman Canyon. A wonderful half day trip along a crystal clear river through a beautiful canyon. Downtown historic Buffalo WY is a must do! Fun shopping and solid restaurants. This is old Wyoming at it's best without the crazy crowds. You will really enjoy thos KOA,
