A park maintained by the forestry department. It is mainly a picnic and nature trail area, and there is no charge for its use.With 3600 acres of County owned forests, a contract is made with Kenneth L. Williams, Forestry Consultant, to aid in the management of county owned forest and marketing of timber. Under this contract, Mr. Williams receives 15% of gross timber sales of which 10% is actual cash and 5% is applied toward rental of office space.
