The Dickinson Museum Center includes the Joachim Regional Museum, Pioneer Machinery Building and Prairie Outpost Park. It is a partnership between the Southwestern North Dakota Museum Foundation, the Stark County Historical Society and the City of Dickinson.

It's not a large museum, but it is packed with an amazing assortment of fossils and gemstones. The staff were lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Read more
