“hard to describe...easy to love”
Salmon River Lodge. Hard to describe....easy to love. It's the smell of brisk mountain air, the soft rustle of wind through the trees and the murmur of the river as it cascades through canyons. The lodge itself, though remote, has all of the comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The facilities are simple and rustic, designed to accomodate the pristine wilderness environment that surrounds it. Observe the many moods of the river through out cathedral window as you conquer that mountain air!
Reviews
On a roadtrip, usually planning ahead for sleeping arrangements is hard. I called this location June 6 looking to stay there the same evening and the recording says that 90% of the time, they will not have access to phone service and to email Amanda@salmonriverlodgeresort.com which would be most accessible. Needless to say, we did not book with them because that is not too convenient for on-the-road stay.
