We stayed at Oasis Las Vegas RV resort and overall, had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth, which is always a positive start to any trip. Our site was a Full Hook-Up (FHU) and offered a convenient pull-through option.
One notable feature was the close proximity of the sites. While this makes you feel community-oriented, it can also lead to a lack of privacy. However, each site had its own trash can, making waste disposal incredibly convenient.
Although we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, it was great to see that the resort offered a family pool, a gym, a restaurant on-site, and even a golf course.
One downside to our stay was the noise from the nearby roads. The sounds of traffic could be a bit disruptive, particularly during peak hours. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be something to consider.
On a positive note, the resort's location is excellent for those wanting to explore the area. There are numerous shops and restaurants just outside the resort, and the iconic Las Vegas Strip is conveniently located just 10 minutes away by car.
As for safety, we felt secure during our stay. The resort is gated, which adds an extra layer of safety, making it a family-friendly environment.
In summary, Oasis RV resort is a solid option if you're looking to enjoy a stay close to Las Vegas with a variety of amenities nearby. However, due to the close sites and road noise, it may not be our first choice for a future visit. If you prioritize proximity to the Strip and family-friendly facilities, this place might be perfect for you!

We've been coming back to the Oasis RV Resort in Las Vegas for years now. For us, it's the nicest RV Park in the best location at the end of the Strip. There are individual bathrooms with private showers, and I think they get cleaned daily. There are a variety of rates here depending on how much you want to spend. I think it's worth it to spend a little more and get a picnic table and some grass. We always book a site between 662-668 to have a "view" of the dog runs and horseshoe pits.
I'm not sure what the issue is with Verizon at this park, but the signal is really terrible, though AT&T is quite strong. I've tried using the RV park wifi and it's generally pretty slow.
We've left our RV here in "storage" mode a few times, which means we were parked in the long-term (not as attractive) section of the park, completely unplugged. No power, no water no sewer and it costs $10/night. Then when we returned, we switched back to the regular nightly rate for the remainder of the stay. Super convenient.
Rate reflects Good Sam Discount.

We stayed here after boondocking for a week or so at Government Wash on the north side of Lake Mead. It was quite the contrast going from a remote area with the nearest person a block or so away to an urban RV park. Although we are not big fans of RV resorts, this was is very nice with a great location just a couple of miles south of the heart of the strip. Everything is well maintained and clean. We did have guests for one night and they said the showers were cold and low water flow.
Lots of rules and they are strictly enforced. Our neighbor received a written warning for a little dog fence left at the entrance to their rig. Security seams very tight with a 24 hour person at the gate.
Pools and the pool area was attractive and well maintained but the family pool was closed while we were there due to the colder season (kids could swim in the adult pool). A small restaurant is also on site. We had no problems with Verizon and ATT coverage.
Being in the city it has noise with both road noise and lots of jets being close to the airport.
It seams like it is the best option near the strip so I'm sure we will be back when spending time in Vegas.

When you pay this much to stay at a park you expect it to be high quality and it is. The neighborhood is safe, good location relative to the strip, the facilities are clean, the pools are great, and the lots are big. Verizon mifi is very fast (40+mbps). Wifi at the clubhouse is also very fast.
The only negative is the cost which is pretty expensive for an RV park imo.

Yes, they "welcome" dogs -- ours even got a cookie from the super-personable security guard at the front gate. Check-in was easy and friendly. But the "dog walking" areas are tiny (12'x14'), no shade, no water, paved with sharp, hot gravel. There is grass at the resort, but it's off-limits for dogs, along with pretty much all the common areas. Each morning (early!), I met people walking their dogs, who then had to lock them up in their air-conditioned RVs all day. Even my 14-year-old pup can't sleep that much.
That being said, for people, the place is great. Clean laundry and restrooms. Nice pools and clubhouse. We didn't try the cafe, but the business center (aka: store) was efficient and inexpensive. One cool thing was the pizza delivery company (Pizza My Dear, an "authorized" vendor) -- when I ordered our pizza, the woman taking my order said, "We deliver there a thousand times a day!" Nice -- my Chicago-born husband says the Chicago style was "very good" -- when it's over 100 degrees out and you don't want to cook. And you're stuck inside, keeping your dog company...
WiFi worked well with both Verizon and AT&T. Sites were paved and very close to perfectly level. When we were there, it was too hot to sit outside, but the areas outside were fairly roomy and most had picnic tables. To be honest, we were only in Las Vegas because it was a place to pass through, but it was close to casinos and shopping, so if you are "doing" Vegas, and don't have a dog, this was a great place.

We stayed at this resort for several nights and really enjoyed our time there. The place is really large with hundreds of sites. They can also accommodate a wide range of rigs. It was obvious that some rigs were there for longer periods of time, but nothing seemed to be in disrepair.
They have a maned security checkpoint at the entrance of the park which is nice as it helps keep miscellaneous people off the property. There is some road traffic in the area but we did not find the noise to be that difficult to deal with.
They are "dog friendly" but as other reviews say, the accommodations for dogs are not very good. There are some small "dog runs" which are like 10x10 fenced areas that are on rock and are intended for the dogs to do there business. They have sings all over saying to keep dogs off the grass.
All in all it was a good place, but like many of these larger resorts, there are some rules you will need to follow.

This is probably one of the nicest RV parks in the Vegas area. The park is very clean and pretty. They have a family-friendly pool and an adult only pool. It's very close and convenient to everything in Vegas. What I didn't like is that the sites are SO close together. It's a typical RV park that likes to squash everyone in like sardines. You have zero privacy at this park, and it's also a noisy area day and night. We use our A/C fan overnight so the noise didn't bother us. Verizon coverage worked very well here, but the park wifi did not.

This is for the big boys. It is a giant, well organized parking lot with fantastic central amenities. All of the sites are pull through with full hookups and it's mostly huge motor coaches and giant fifth wheels. For us, personally, we prefer a more idyllic spot to park. There is a pool and an adult pool that are pristine and enjoyable. The market is very well stocked and there are a ton of convenient amenities available. We had our propane tanks picked up, refueled and returned to us at our spot. A third party is also available for trailer washing and detailing. The bathrooms are private which is nice, but hot water could be a bit inconsistent and the bathrooms don't seem to be well ventilated which can make them steamy and brutal in the Las Vegas heat. Based on the size of the average rig there, I assume a minority of guests even use these facilities. The wifi was also very problematic during our stay, but a long term renter told us that our stay was unusually bad.
At the end of the day, this place is convenient and offers all of the creature comforts while being 5 minutes from the Strip, so it's got a lot going for it. There is, however, no natural beauty to be found on site. This is a fully stocked crash pad only.

This park was amazing! Concrete sites, lots of space, amazing pools (1 family, 1 adults, and a hot tub just for adults). Check in was so smooth and there is a nice building area with a cafe for breakfast and lunch, lots of parking where needed, and friendly people.
Wifi that actually works - this was also really great.
We enjoy the security at the gate too - they check each car that comes in.
The location - wow, just south of the strip about 5 miles...perfect!
We will be back for sure if we go to Vegas again

We stayed here in a travel trailer for a day and two nights. This is basically a very large parking lot without trees or shade but spacious. There are very nice and comfortable individual toilet + shower suites.
All sites are full hookups and there is a mix of pull through and back in sites.
Ride sharing services like Lyft and Uber can pick you up directly from your campsite and take you to the Strip. If you want to drive, the south end of the Strip is about 3 miles from the campground.
I subtracted one star from the Site Quality because of the lack of a picnic bench.
