Calling several times - no chance to make a reservation (called on 12. and 13. June) there is none responding to my calls!
Must be an extraordinary place no e-mail, no homepage on Roadtrippers’s!
The campground itself is great! It is very clean; the staff was extremely nice, and we had absolutely no issues with their power and sewer system. The sights are what you would find in a normal tourist area they are a bit tight, but you still had room to put out your awning out and sit outside. The campground and Graceland are directly next to each other, well within a comfortable walking distance making it feel like they are part of the same attraction. Once in the campground you are surrounded by locked fences with a guard at the entrance. The area around the campground was sketchy to say the least. I would not recommend leaving the area on foot in the evening. The closest Walmart made you feel like you had to be on guard the entire time even during the day. (In the parking lot of Walmart with the camper a very nice man questioned if this was going to be a parking lot stop over and strongly recommended against it.) This is a campground you must know that you are either in the campground or leaving out of the area. Don’t go exploring.
Our family didn't have but just one night here on our long trip, but I wish we would have! It's literally in the center of everything!!!! The park is gorgeous, staff is friendly, bathrooms and showers are sparkly clean. We highly recommend you call the pink limo at Marlowe's to pick you up for free and take you to the restaurant. They'll even take you back for free! The food there was incredible. We all had a food coma after eating LOL. And their drinks are strong!
Considering this park is right in the middle of town and literally across the street from Graceland it is really really nice. There's a beautiful wooded area connected to the park or you can walk your dog or let the kids run around and burn off some steam. The good Sam rates are under $50 a night which I felt was a bargain considering the convenient location. It's only five or 6 miles from here down to Beale Street and the central part of Memphis. I've stayed here two times and would definitely recommend it for your Memphis visit.
Nice park, just across the street from Graceland on Elvis Presley Blvd. Nice amenities, quiet, friendly staff. Offers a late check-out for those who need a couple more hours to see Graceland! Close to Marlow's Restaurant - home of the Pink Pig and great BBQ.
The rates here vary widely from season to season, but they have a bus that runs to downtown Memphis and back for free, plus its across the street from Graceland! Definitely go in the office -- they obviously used to smoke in there and its possible the same woman has been there since the 60s. Its a great place!

We stayed here in June of 2016 for a week and toured Graceland. Enjoy the stay and would stay again sometime soon. The weather was perfect for the season. Quite an experience for me and my Mom.

There was nothing inherently wrong with this campground, and it was certainly very convenient, but we couldn't wait to leave. It wasn't particularly warm or friendly and everyone was crammed in next to one another for a night or two before moving on. The whole place felt very corporate, unlike some other commercial campgrounds we've stayed in where you can tell it's run by a family who cares about their customers. If you want to visit Graceland or Memphis in general, it's a solid place and very convenient. Just don't expect anything more than a parking spot with hookups, and a whole lot of turnover.

We stayed in April 2017. The RV park is easy enough to get to, right off Elvis Presley Blvd. Arrived about 3pm, checked in, and were touring Graceland by 4pm. The hosts at check-in were knowledgeable and pleasant. I don't think we used any of the facilities. It was a typical city RV park- everyone fit tightly against each other. We were just there for Graceland and for one night- I wouldn't have reason to stay here longer. There is a path that leads right into the Graceland tour area from the RV park.
We took the house and airplane tour. You have to load onto a shuttle which drives you across the busy street up to Graceland. After the tour, we wanted to go to Beale Street for dinner and music. One tip...there is a $10. shuttle to Beale Street that leaves from the hotel across the street, The Guesthouse at Graceland. Only caveat is that you need to walk yourself over there earlier in the day to buy your shuttle ticket because come 5pm if you walk over there, chances are it's sold out. We were able to get a return shuttle ticket so we just split a cab with another couple to get over to Beale St., then caught the shuttle back at night. Easy.
Our favorite thing about this RV park is the proximity to Graceland. It was nice being so close to one of our two Memphis destinations. One night in Memphis was enough for us. Beale Street is really fun to see. Lots of restaurants and great food. Check out the ducks at the Peabody Hotel if your timing is right.

We camped here for the convenience to Graceland and besides the friendly employees, that was really the only good feature of this park. We were very disappointed with the accommodations, especially for the price, and would not recommend staying here.
Value:
We figured that the $47/night (a discounted Good Sam rate) would we worthwhile to save time and parking visiting Graceland. But the site quality was so poor, the value was terrible.
The park was small (which was a positive) but the sites were also too close to each other. And a number of the RV spaces, including ours, are right next to the cabins. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem except for we had to deal with very noisy cabin inhabitants that caused us to call security one night. During the day, we had to deal with the constant noise of the teardown of the adjacent Heartbreak Hotel.
The sites are gravel and very poorly set-up to handle any type of rain. After a half day of rain, there was a couple inches of standing water on the back part of our site and our entire site was soaked. The positioning of the electrical box and the standing water also caused our 30amp cable to be in four inches of water- yikes!
Dog-Friendly:
We appreciated the good-sized green area to walk our dog. Unfortunately, there was no place to take our dog off-leash. From the number of dogs we saw at the park, it would be beneficial to have an off-leash area.
Runner's and Biker's Rave:
The sidewalk on Elvis Presley Blvd where the park is located is spotty and broken in spots so it's tricky to run or bike in the area unless you're very watchful of traffic. There's no bike lanes anywhere near the park which is also different than most areas we've stayed in.
Overall, this was one of the highest cost parks we've stayed at in our travels across the country and provided the lowest value for the money.
