It’s a nice campground with a beautiful pond for fishing & swimming. There is a LOT of freeway noise. Maybe it’s just me, but I like to experience nature when camping, not the rumble of traffic.

Very clean, very friendly staff in a very pretty part of the state. The little lake they had was awesome with the floating obstacle course. Lots of corporate chain stores and places to eat near by.

This is a great little park in a small town just off the Interstate. Staff were helpful and very nice. Level gravel sites with grass and picnic table.
Entrance is a tight turn down a fairly narrow road. Interior roads are easy to navigate.
Nice trees and we had satellite access. They were good about working with us to find a spot. FHUs with 30 amp.
Not much in Milton but this is a great stop over for the night.

First impression – one person handling check-ins and answering the phone. I waited at least 10 minutes to be helped. The woman did apologize but, come on, one person?? Our KOA membership had expired a couple weeks previous, and we didn’t renew because we are staying in private campgrounds the next few months. I had accumulated quite a lot of points and wanted to use some for this stay. No can do. Even if I renewed the membership right then the points “probably” would not be available. They’ll take my $$ right away but not give me access to points earned? Sigh. We had to reserve a “deluxe” site because the standard sites were too short. All the sites are close together. Our site was mostly grass with a bit of gravel. It was narrow and unlevel side to side. The best part was the broken concrete pad for outdoor seating that we missed by a hair hitting our tires. This while also trying to dodge the sewer connection on the opposite side. The only thing “deluxe” about the site was a firepit, a dirty grill, and poly furniture that included a swing and high table and chairs. The WII FI was hit or miss and so we used our hotspot. Lots of noise from Hwy 64 and train whistles as well. Directv satellite worked fine in our site as there were no trees. Verizon was anywhere from 1x to 4g depending on where you were standing. Most definitely not worth the price tag. You definitely want to approach from the west with a big rig as coming east involves a tight turn. They should advertise this loudly on their website.

This campground is awesome other than the people that run the office! They have no idea what they’re doing and can’t tell you anything, I’ve been trying to get in this campground for 2 months bc my husband is here working till August! We called before we even left Oklahoma and they told me over the phone they don’t do stays longer than 2 weeks at a time, ok so we stayed somewhere else for the first month went on vacation and came back and my husband got us in here for 2 weeks! They have fun activities for the kids, inflatables in the water to play on, a playground, and everything you need right here! Well everything is WAY overpriced and guess what they let people stay long term here! I’ve witnessed 3 people checking in for month long stays and they have people staying here already checked in for long term, I’m so confused as to why we keep getting the run around on everything it would just be nice to get a straight answer!

I was only there overnight. The lady at the office was very friendly. I was led to the site by a very nice guy on a golf cart. It was very quiet although the sites are small. I don't think I would stay for an extended stay during a busy time simply because of the site size.

We were grateful to find a plce to sleep with hookups on our cross country trip, although this KOA did disappoint. We got there late and grabbed our flyer with spot number, but the whole campground smelled like sewage. When we first pulled into the grounds I thought our 4 month old needed a diaper change ... nope! It was just the park. Everything else was fine but the smell was intense. If you aren’t sensitive to smells then go for it!

I'm a tad embarrassed to say that I stayed here four years ago for one night and here I am, staying here again for two nights. The one thing that tends to really stand out both times I've stayed here is that the place seems to be laid out rather haphazardly and as a result I get a very crowded feeling. The restrooms were okay as was the laundry room. It rained while we were here and it's a good thing we had an outdoor rug to put down otherwise we would have been stepping out into a mud hole. As it was, when you stepped on the rug muddy water squished up through the rug but at least it wasn't the actual mud...yuck. Our site was gravel but on either side of the gravel area was mostly dirt/mud. It wasn't until you went out a ways from the gravel 'pad' that you encountered grass. The KOA is close to the Blenko Glass factory so that was pretty neat to visit. I've certainly stayed in nicer KOA's but I've stayed at worse ones as well. Lots of traffic noise from nearby I-64. I reckon in a real pinch I'd stay here again but I'd probably avoid it if at all possible. I sure wish KOA had better and more consistent standards across the KOA system.

I felt they deserved a 2 star rating because the site was uneven and had exposed tree roots near the trailer which presented a large tripping hazard, especially in the dark.
My wife encouraged me to give another star.
Next time we will opt for a premium site.
