“Like Venice but in Oklahoma”
The mile-long Bricktown Canal links downtown, Bricktown and the river. The north segment extends east from the Santa Fe railroad, past restaurants and entertainment venues to the Bricktown Ballpark. As the canal turns south toward the river, it is highlighted by hiking and bicycle trails, water features and landscaped park areas. Water Taxi offers rides down the canal.
Reviews
Mini river walk area. You can tell its still being built up. Nice views and restaurants.
Loved it so much, did it twice. Once in the daytime and again at night. Very much like the San Antonio one, smaller but is well worth the cost.
Like a mini version of the San Antonio Riverwalk. A really nice place to walk and people watch.
Very surprised by this find. We were just stopping in OKC on our way back across the country and loved the Canal area!! Ate at the Brewery (great guac & chips), took the kids to play games at Brickopolis, and took a water taxi ride. Great way to spend half a day!
