If you're passing through for a night or two, ask for the pull-through in front of the office. It's right on the street and doesn't have sewer, but if you need to be in the city it's a great place to stay.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The street noise is not bad, especially during the night.
We felt very safe here. The park is clean and the grounds are well maintained.
There's a great taco shop next door so you don't need to unhook if you want a quick meal without having to cook :-)
We used our Good Sam discount - they also take AAA.
WiFi worked well.

We were in California for three days over Christmas. We needed to be in San Bernardino since we were spending Christmas with family friends. This RV park was just a few minutes from their house which was great. It was close to shopping, fuel, restaurants and easy access to the interstate. The staff was polite and helpful, even when we arrived late at night on Christmas Eve! It is a very compact park which made navigating in the dark with a huge toy hauler interesting but we managed nicely to find out spot and get settled in. We were at the back of the park so behind us was vacant land which was nice. It was a short walk to the dog park area for our dogs. It was pretty tight between rigs, but everyone was nice and the park was well kept and quiet. We were mainly out and about during our stay since it was over the holiday, but the time we were there was nice. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

The sites are small and the roads narrow, but it is an older park with no room to expand. They do everything in their power to get you in and out safely. They have a lift to help get in to and out of the site if needed. We normally boondock, but were here several weeks due to a hospitalized family member, with no idea how long we were going to have to stay. In spite of our inability to set a departure date, they did everything in their power to keep us there around already booked reservations. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The laundry room is one of the best I've ever seen in an RV park.
Thank you, Mission RV, for going above and beyond!

This is a compact site, but was able to fit my 43 ft fifth wheel. Mostly RNs working in the area or full-timers. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. They are huge supporters of RNs working in the area.
It is small with no amenities, but the Friendly accommodating staff makes up for it.

We use the Mission RV Park dump station, which is located in our home area, when returning from our trips.
It is a convenient and clean facility that might be a tight fit for larger rigs.
When we dumped sewage last week, we noted that their fee increased from $10 to $15

This RV park is located in the middle of the city and they've crammed as many spaces in it as possible. The sites were so close to each other that there isn't room to back into sites. They solve this by having you drop your rig and they use a forklift to maneuver you into your spot.
The sites are all concrete and quite level.
We had full hookups with 50 amp service.
There's a small dog park that is little more than a convenient place to walk your dog. My small dog had room to run, but any animal over 20lbs wouldn't.
The staff were all wonderful and eager to accommodate their guests.
Overall I had a good experience and because of its location I'll most likely be staying here in the future.

This is an urban park. However the management is very accommodating. You can walk or bike the Orange Blossom trail directly from the park. Other trail heads are a short drive away. The laundry and bathhouse are super clean. Very friendly atmosphere. We plan on staying another month in the fall.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of I-10. . There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. Not much has changed since our last visit in March of 2018. The rules are fairly basic for the most part. Now the list is a little daunting though. 90% of the back page of the park map lists them in fine print!.
Our site, 131, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach but not our Towed. We had to park our Jeep away from our site which was not too inconvenient. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very close which is reasonable for an urban park. Most sites had a low vegetation barrier There are no tables or outside amenities. Our site was flat, level, even concrete. Overall the park was pretty and well manicured.
The included wifi internet was impossible to load. The log in password listed was incorrect even though we noted that, what some folks would think was a 1, was really a “!”. We did find a few OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean. There are many permanents staying here but all sites were neat and clutter free.
There is still a Taco Stand just outside the fenced park that is still as busy as it was during our last visit. I would loved to have been able to taste one but out schedule did not allow for the time.
A very short drive will take you to a mall that includes a Walmart and probably anything else you might need. We found this park to be a well maintained urban RV park. We paid $43.00 per night (same as last time) and feel we received good value. We will be back if in the area again.

If they’re overwhelmed in the office, they will be very rude. Be careful. Only one person there who acted civil. The owner says that she will conduct business anyway she wants to; IE that means that if you call her to give her payment over the phone, she will write down your banking information on a piece of paper and save it, which is not safe. She was caught doing this and did not seem to understand that there are better ways of making payments today like Zelle, and there are things that she can do to upgrade her business but she says “she’s been doing it for 30 years and that’s what they do” she wrote our banking information on a piece of paper. This is the concern, she hires family members, and I don’t think they are vetted to pass background checks or security enough for her to leave banking information on a piece of paper on her desk A lot of people float in and out of there. The facilities are dirty and don’t be misled by all the signs because they don’t follow the rules. The showers are dirty And people bring their pets in there to sit on the shower chairs so you will be the hardest part surrounded by human hair as well as dog hair. There’s a funny sewer smell there in the entire park. She’s way too expensive for the quality that she offers. She’s super rude and her name is Maria. I suggest you go somewhere else. And the Internet does not work don’t be misled. We were supposed to be there for three months, but we decided it was too much of a headache trying to process the payment every week. She needs to work on the Internet, and the groundskeepers, and if you’re sleeping on the weekend be sure to hear the landscapers talking super loud next to your RV while you’re trying to sleep. i’m pretty sure that she has a lot of family and friends that work for her there and she will not allow anybody to come into the park to work on your RV unless it’s somebody that she has listed on her office board with all the business cards that she says she recommends instead of someone you know. She’s constantly changing the rules and she says that she can because she owns the property. Hard to work with people like that.
