“A Route 66 establishment”
Eat-Rite Diner is a historic Route 66 Destination that offers great American Comfort Food. Best Fresh Pattied Burgers in St. Louis and home to the famous "Slinger". Located just blocks from Busch Stadium on the corner of 7th & Chouteau. All-day breakfasts and burgers at this Route 66 establishment. "If you are looking for all American diner food then you have hit the jackpot here!"
This classic tiny RT66 diner is simple with just a bar, no tables. The porcelain tiles, old stools and bar top, and awesome exterior give the place an awesome retro feel. My breakfast was cheap, delicious, and fast. Dave, my server, was friendly and inquired about what brought me in. This place is a stones throw from the baseball stadium and downtown. GO THERE!!
No tables, the staff were frightening, poor service, cash only in a bad parT of town.
Good food, friendly people
Good spot for a cute Route 66 photo-op. Also, very charming waitstaff and good food. Be warned it's just a bar with stools.
This is just a gem of a diner! We took our three boys there and filled up half the place. Our cook/server was a sweet older lady and it was an experience we won't forget.
Wonderful food! Slinger is a MUST TRY!
Cute photo opp
Kinda a hole in the wall. Cash only. Food was decent and fast. Service was friendly. Very small 10 stool counter seating available
