Nice RV park, friendly staff. Clean restrooms, showers and laundry. Bus stop to downtown Santa Fe is right outside the park wall. Frequent bus stops make it easy to get into town. Some restaurants and shopping within walking distance if you like. There is a well kept seasonal swimming pool. We were there two nights and would stay there again when in the area.
We stayed here for a month recently and have to say this was our least favorite place we've stayed thus far. We're FT campers so we stay at a lot of places.
I will say that the staff were super nice! The ladies in the office were very friendly and the grounds crew always waved and said hello.
For the amount we paid for a month we expected more for our money.
The Resort is right off Cerrillos which is a main road in Santa Fe. Our site was only four spots away from the road and it was VERY loud at night!
The spots are so close together that there is very little space between you and your neighbor. And if your neighbor happens to have slide outs.. say goodbye to your space.
The park isn't very dog friendly either. Dogs are not allowed to go on the grass and the dog park isn't anything special.
Be aware especially if you're a female walking super early in the morning or late in the evening.. there are homeless guys that would sleep in the little dog area in the front of the park within the Resort. This happened on three separate occasions while we were there. A little unnerving for the price you pay.
Bathrooms and laundry were clean.
If you're wanting internet.. forget about it! We could hardly get on which stunk for us bc we needed internet for work. Cable also didn't work for us or for many others we spoke with.
If you're a VERIZON Wireless subscriber chances are you won't get a signal at this park. We had to go to AT&T and buy a hotspot.
Also, if you need to wash your vehicle or truck it's $15. Which to us considering we were there for a month seemed absurd. Why not let longer guest have that as a perk?
No campfires or charcoal grills.
Also plan to check in prior to 5:30 PM otherwise you won't get in that day. This is crazy.. what campsite/Resort closes at 5:30?!? Recommend this be at least 8!
We will definitely come to Santa Fe again however will stay somewhere else next time.

Like any close-in city park, you don't come here for the scenery. Sites are close together, but we've seen much closer, and in the winter when it's less busy it feels more spacious than it would at full capacity. The staff in the office is really nice, the grounds are clean, and we didn't experience anybody sleeping or walking through the park that the other reviewer mentioned.
You do want to pick your spot carefully - if you're right up by the road you will get some road noise. We were about midway back in the park and our rig is well insulated so we didn't notice any noise at night or otherwise.
There's a massive dog area in the back of the park, and you're a 5 minute drive to the Arroyo Chamisos trail that goes for miles and is perfect for walking your pup, or getting out on your bike.
We scouted basically every other park in Santa Fe before staying here and for the price and location, we thought it was the best option that's open in the winter. Santa Fe Skies is another option, but it's just as tight, pretty pricy and much further out from most stuff you're going to want to visit. If we were here in the summer we'd do the NFS campground, or the KOA, but we'd stay here again in the off season for sure.
AT&T signal is strong here, Verizon is fine for calls and basic stuff, but not streaming video.

We stayed for two nights in April. Our site was right across from the main reception. We thought the price was a bit steep, but the grounds were very nicely kept and it was quiet. The #2 bus takes you right into downtown Santa Fe and drops you back off right next to the RV park. The ride is about 30 mins. You can also use it to access grocery stores nearby.
We used the laundry facilities and the dog park. Each wash was $1 and the dryer was 25 cents for 15 mins. Only three washers and two dryers for the whole park and all the residents. It took me 45 mins to dry my clothes and one of the residents got upset with me since they had to wait. Oh well.
The dog park was huge and clean, but is at the very far end of the park. We enjoyed the nice walks.

Very nice RV Park right on a main road in Santa Fe - easy to access downtown, shopping, anything you need to get to in Santa Fe.
Very helpful staff, great in getting us parked.
Even though we were very near the street, the street noise did not bother us.
Rate is based on weekly rate (pay for 6 nights, stay 7).
We used AT&T and Verizon - both were good with or without cellular booster.

Price paid per day is slightly higher than normal due to Albuquerque Balloon Festival event, less AAA discount, plus hotel tax. Nonetheless, the RV Park is in a very convenient and popular tourist location, thus the price premium.
Check in was great. Staff was prepared for us and offered several useful suggestions regarding shopping and restaurants that panned out. Though the RV park fronts the main drag into town, our site was somewhat to the rear and never noticed any objectionable traffic noise. There is a tall masonry wall between the street and park helping to block road noise. The park also has trees and lawns sprinkled about.
We travel with our 70 lb short hair pointer and were happily surprised to find they have a very large dog park, size of a T-ball field, he could fetch every ball I threw. A surprising upgrade from most RV dog parks (if they have one) that are maybe 200 square feet.
Bathrooms and showers are clean. We used the laundry, worked great. While our site is gravel, I noticed that some sites have a concrete pad. Site spacing in average for any RV Park. The owners are pretty specific regarding arrival times so pay attention.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Santa Fe, NM. We lucked out and got a pretty nice site, I think there used to be a park model on it. It backed up to a nicely landscaped grass and tree area. Some of the other spots were pretty tight and I’m not sure we could have fit in most of them.
We had no issues with check in or the utilities. We didn’t use the bathhouse, but I used the laundry facilities and I had no issues with them.
The location was great for visiting Santa Fe, which is just what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We needed a easy-access overnight so we didn’t look to much into anything before booking here. For the price, amenities were fine, bathrooms clean and had a ton of adobe character. The grounds were landscaped and had some charm but it wasn’t enough to make up for the very loud road and the somewhat sketchy area. Until well after midnight it was like scenes from every Fast and Furious movie every five minutes and if you want to feel like you’re in a Manhattan on a Sunday morning this might be fine. I didn’t feel unsafe but it was the worst night sleep in over 7 months of full time travel. It wasn’t close enough to anything worth visiting to make it worthwhile. Out of business Matress firm across the street, swallowed up by every fast food chain and a liquor store. But access was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Our favorite things about Trailer Ranch were the location -- 15 minutes drive from the historic downtown area and close to major retailers like Wal Mart and Total Wine -- and the friendliness of the staff. The office staff offered tons of suggestions for activities in the area, and helped us with a referral for a mobile RV technician when we needed someone to look at our brakes. The bathhouse was kept very clean and the laundry facilities worked perfectly. The park even offers a handy propane refill service. With the constant staff presence, well-kept lawns, and tidy sites, the park feels completely safe and welcoming.
Even though the park is located along a busy road, access is relatively easy since there are dedicated turn lanes to get into the RV park. Coming from the north, access can be a little tricky if there is a bus sitting at the stop just in front of the park but otherwise it is a breeze. We found the roadways within the park easy to navigate since they are wide and free of obstructions. Most sites are gravel with paver areas for the picnic tables. Our site was very level. Our price reflects the weekly discount (after 6 days the 7th is free).
The biggest downside of the park is its urban location. That means there is road noise from Cerrillos Road inside the park, and space is at a premium so rigs are parked pretty close together. We are a smaller rig so we were placed in the back-in area on the southwestern side of the park, and when our neighbors sat at their picnic table they were inches outside our side windows. Our "view" out our rear panoramic window was of a wall and the side of the adjacent building. Despite this, we would stay here again without hesitation when we return to Santa Fe because of the great location and pleasant people.

Ok, it’s close to the road but facilities are very good, neighbors and hosts are friendly. And you’re on a Main Street so just about anything is close.
