“one of siesta key's best beaches”
Turtle Beach is a public beach located on South Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida. Turtle Beach is known for the large number of sea turtles that nest on the shore. It has roughly 2,600 feet of beachfront that is accessible to the public as well as camping, picnic areas, and a children play area. There are two boat ramps to launch boats on the lagoon side of the property.
Reviews
Had a good time! Water was clear enough to snorkel and see fish, and other sea life. The beach was full on a Saturday but everyone was polite. parking "free" and full. Took about 15 minutes but got a space. There are bathrooms but they are close to the entrance a bit of a walk.. would go again.
