Crocodile Crossing (at Alligator Farm)

I don’t recommend the long course if it’s over 80 degrees. Yes, the course is self guided. However, it is not managed or monitored. It was upper 80’s low 90’s. I got overheated and wanted to end early. Saw several ladders to exit the course but couldn’t because a staff member needed to assist to exit the course. No staff to be seen. Couldn’t yell for help as there wasn’t anyone to yell to. And no way to let anyone pass. Yes, we came across 2 water spouts. 1 shot like a cannon across the platform and the other was approximately 1 inch from the tree bark. So if you lick the tree, technically you could get water. At the beginning they say you can exit with no problem. Definitely not true until we were 3 challenges away from the end. It took us 3 hours and it was advertised as 90 minutes. Got sick 3/4 of the way through and no one to help. Had to finish as there was no option. Seriously very unfortunate. Not well managed at all.

It’s a pretty good course if it would have been properly staffed. Really needed better built in zip breaks. We’ve been zipping in Coasta Rica and had a much better experience.
