“an ever-changing wall of beauty”
This ever-changing wall of art is really a gem. If you are ever downtown and have some time to kill, take a gander. Just drive East on Chouteau until you hit the Mississippi. The wall is long... it's an actual flood wall... but it makes a great canvass for a can or two of spray paint. Don't bring your own paint. You're not going to be near as talented as the artist that created these pieces. Just bring a camera and and open mind. Take a selfie or two and you'll have a unique backdrop photo for your Facebook page!
Reviews
Really neat stretch of street art, some amazingly creative pieces as well as some quality tag writing. We drove down to the waterfront where the wall begins and chose to continue driving down parallel to the wall, and at a point we weren't sure if we were still on an actual road so we turned back before reaching the end. Highly recommend at least a short stop by this area if you're passing through St. Louis.
Cool graffiti. We walked from the Arch, and it was too long of a hike to make it worth it. Recommend driving by.
The wall is barely veiwable as the road it's on is closed.
DO NOT MISS THIS!!!! It is such a cool ride down by the river to see all of the stunning graffiti artwork! So much talent!!
This is being covered up it looks like. I went there last month and walked from the arch which I don’t recommend because it does not seem safe! There was very little graffiti to see anymore because it’s being painted over. Don’t waste your time… And don’t risk your life.
I love graffiti art so I'm really happy I went! Nice because you can just drive by if you want, or you can out out and take awesome pictures.
The road isn't closed anymore
Very cool graffiti art right by the river front
