The Grande Mere Inn has been owned and operated by the Racine family since 1980. Pete and Nancy Racine have been in the restaurant business since the 1960s, and their son, Charley, joined the family business in the 1990s. The Racine’s goal is to offer a great place to dine and relax after a day at work or a day visiting the wineries, sand dunes, antique shops, golf courses, fruit orchards, and beaches of southwest Michigan.
The food is SO good, and their service is phenomenal! This restaurant also does a great job of catering events. I can't wait to return for their king crab legs! Read more
I tried the stuffed mushrooms, ribs, salad with pepper dressing, potatoes, and minestrone soup. I did not like the bbq sauce but everything else was good. Read more
